Inspection Procedure

1. Remove the P-IG1-1, P MPX-B and P-ACC fuses from passenger side junction block.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance 

   RESISTANCE SPECIFIED CONDITIONS
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   P-IG1-1 fuse	Always	Below 1 Ω
   P MPX-B fuse	Always	Below 1 Ω
   P-ACC fuse	Always	Below 1 Ω

   NG: REPLACE FUSE 

   OK: Go to Next Step 

1. Disconnect the L90 ECU connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance 

   RESISTANCE SPECIFIED CONDITIONS
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   L90-4 (GND1) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω

3. Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

   Standard voltage 

   VOLTAGE SPECIFIED CONDITIONS
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   L90-1 (IG) - Body ground	Engine switch on (IG)	11 to 14 V
   L90-6 (+B) - Body ground	Always	11 to 14 V
   L90-14 (ACC) - Body ground	Engine switch on (ACC)	11 to 14 V

B: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

A: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  (See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE )
