Operation

When a vacuum of 27 kPa (203 mmHg, 7 97 in Hg) is applied to the diaphragm chamber

The shaft moves with no abnormal noise and that the retainer contacts the stopper

Canister

CANISTER - SERVICE DATA

Operation	Purge port → Close Vent port → Apply 1 kPa (10.1gf/cm² , 0.1 psi) of air	Air flows from the air inlet port
Operation	Vent port → Close Air inlet port → Apply 1 kPa (10.1gf/cm² , 0.1 psi) of air	Air flows from the purge port
Air leakage	With the purge port and air inlet port closed Vent port → Apply 20 kPa (0.2 kgf/cm² , 2.9 psi) of pressurized air	Confirm that pressure is retained for 1 minute

Leak detection pump
