Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION ASSEMBLY*1, (MULTI-DISPLAYS) 

    HINT:

    • *1 w/ Navigation system for HDD.
    • *2 w/ Navigation system for DVD or w/o Navigation system (w/ Multi-display).

    1. Disconnect the L59 display connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the L59 display connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, the multi-display may have a malfunction

  2. CHECK RADIO RECEIVER

    1. Disconnect the L51 receiver connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

    3. Reconnect the L51 receiver connector.
    4. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

    5. Using an oscilloscope, check the waveform

    1. Disconnect the R34 and R38 amplifier connectors.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

    1. Disconnect the z54 module connector
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below

    3. Reconnect the z54 module connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below

  5. CHECK REAR POWER SEAT MODULE SWITCH (for Ottoman)

    1. Disconnect the S15 module connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      S15-6 (B) - S15-5 (E) R - W-B Battery Always 11 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the S15 module connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below
