Radio Receiver: Installation

A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart (see SPECIFIED TORQUE FOR STANDARD BOLTS )

INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET
1. Install the bracket with the 4 bolts

INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY
1. Attach the 5 clips to install the panel
INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET
1. Connect the connectors

2. Insert the radio receiver and attach the 4 clips on its backside.
  NOTE: When inserting the radio receiver, do not press the knobs on it.

3. Install the radio receiver with the 2 bolts.

CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE: When disconnecting the cable some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (see INITIALIZATION ).
