Display And Navigation Assembly: Installation

HINT:

A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart (see SPECIFIED TORQUE FOR STANDARD BOLTS )

  1. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET 
    1. Install the bracket with the 2 bolts.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET 
    1. Install the bracket with the 2 bolts.
  3. INSTALL DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET 
    1. Connect the connectors.

    2. Insert the display and attach the 6 clips on its backside.

      HINT:

      Evenly push the right and left sides of the display into the instrument panel.

    3. Install the display with the 2 bolts

  4. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET  (See INSTALLATION )
  5. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  6. INSTALL REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL  (See INSTALLATION )
  7. INSTALL NO. 3 BOX PANEL  (See INSTALLATION )
  8. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  9. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH  (See INSTALLATION )
  10. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH  (See INSTALLATION )
  11. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE: When disconnecting the cable some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (see INITIALIZATION ).
  12. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH  (See INSTALLATION )
  13. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
