System Outline

The Main Opening-and-Closing Operations
1. By pushing the remote control SW, the back door can be automatically opened and closed.
2. By pushing the operation SW on the instrument panel, the back door can be automatically opened and closed.
3. The power back door can be operated easily via an interior switch to automatically close it.
  * The automatic opening (Closing) operation of the back door is possible only when the power back door off SW in the instrument panel of the driver's seat is ON.
Consideration of Safety
1. A power back door touch sensor has been adopted.
  If the power back door touch sensor, which is positioned, on the end of the back door detects something pinching or an obstacle during the automatic operation, the door motion will be reversed and it will move in the full open direction.
2. If something pinching or an obstacle is detected in the back door by a speed change in the movement of the door during the automatic operation, the door movement will be reversed in the opposite direction of the current advance direction.
3. The buzzer sounds and the hazard warning lights blink whenever the automatic operation is being performed.
