DESTINATION FUNCTION

Symptom Suspected Area See page
eDestination button unavailable (grayed out) Subscription status. Perform Vehicle Inquiry on TIS and confirm the subscription status. If the subscription is valid, press the manual (SOS) switch to verify that the system is active. If SOS call works properly, perform a Destination Assist call and verify that POI can be downloaded from the telematics provider. If the above steps are successful, the customer should call the customer service number published on the Lexus customer website. -
Cannot download information when Download is selected on eDestination screen
  • Perform Vehicle Inquiry on TIS and confirm subscription status.
  • Using the multi-display screen, select Destination / Point of Interest / eDestinations.
    1. Verify "eDestinations" button is available. If unavailable, the button will be grayed out.
    2. If available, click the "Download" button.
  • If "No new eDestination POIs available" or "Download Successful" message appears on the multi-display screen, the system is working properly.
  • If "Can't connect to Network" message appears, the customer should call customer service number published on Lexus customer website.
