3UZ-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: MASS AIR FLOW METER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL INTAKE AIR FLOW METER





(a) Install a new O-ring to the mass air flow meter.

(b) Install the mass air flow meter with the 2 screws.

(c) Connect the mass air flow meter connector.

2. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

3. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

(a) Perform initialization Testing and Inspection.

NOTICE:
Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
