Occupant Detection Sensor: Removal: Removal

  1. PRECAUTION (for Front Passenger Side)  . Refer to DISASSEMBLY - Step 1
  2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side. Refer to REMOVAL - Step 2 .

  3. REMOVE FRONT OUTER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side. Refer to REMOVAL - Step 3 .

  4. REMOVE FRONT INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side. Refer to REMOVAL - Step 4 .

  5. REMOVE REAR OUTER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side. Refer to REMOVAL - Step 5 .

  6. REMOVE REAR INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side. Refer to REMOVAL - Step 6 .

  7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side. Refer to REMOVAL - Step 7 .

  8. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side See step  8.

  9. REMOVE SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side. Refer to DISASSEMBLY - Step 3 .

  10. REMOVE RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side. Refer to DISASSEMBLY - Step 4 .

  11. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side. Refer to DISASSEMBLY - Step 5 .

  12. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD ASSEMBLY 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side. Refer to DISASSEMBLY - Step 6 .

  13. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION INNER SHIELD RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side. Refer to DISASSEMBLY - Step 9 .

  14. REMOVE FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH (w/o Memory) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side. Refer to DISASSEMBLY - Step 10 .

  15. REMOVE POSITION CONTROL ECU AND SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Memory) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side. Refer to DISASSEMBLY - Step 11 .

  16. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side. Refer to DISASSEMBLY - Step 12 .

  17. REMOVE OCCUPANT DETECTION SENSOR 
    1. Remove the 2 hog rings.

    2. Remove the 14 hog rings and the separate type front seat cushion cover from the occupant detection sensor.
