Occupant Detection Sensor: Installation: Installation

  1. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD (w/o Seat Cushion Front Edge Adjustment Function) 
    1. Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seat cushion pad to the separate type front seat cushion cover with 19 new hog rings.

      NOTE:
      • Be careful not to damage the cover.
      • When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
    2. Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seat cushion pad to the separate type front seat cushion cover with 2 new hog rings.

      NOTE:
      • Be careful not to damage the cover.
      • When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
  2. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD (w/ Seat Cushion Front Edge Adjustment Function) 
    1. Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seat cushion pad to the separate type front seat cushion cover with 15 new hog rings.

      NOTE:
      • Be careful not to damage the cover.
      • When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
    2. Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seat cushion pad to the separate type front seat cushion cover with 2 new hog rings.

      NOTE:
      • Be careful not to damage the cover.
      • When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
  3. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD (w/o Seat Cushion Front Edge Adjustment Function)  . Refer to REASSEMBLY - Step 30
  4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD (w/ Seat Cushion Front Edge Adjustment Function)  . Refer to REASSEMBLY - Step 31
  5. INSTALL POWER SEAT SWITCH  . Refer to REASSEMBLY - Step 32
  6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION INNER SHIELD  . Refer to REASSEMBLY - Step 33
  7. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD ASSEMBLY  . Refer to REASSEMBLY - Step 37
  8. INSTALL SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB  . Refer to REASSEMBLY - Step 38
  9. INSTALL RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB  . Refer to REASSEMBLY - Step 39
  10. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY  See step  1
  11. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Side) 
    1. Install the front seat assembly. Refer to INSTALLATION .
