1UR-FE ENGINE CONTROL: MASS AIR FLOW METER: ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

1. CHECK MASS AIR FLOW METER ASSEMBLY

(a) Check the mass air flow value.

(1) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(2) Turn the engine switch on (IG).

(3) Turn the Techstream on.

(4) Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Data List / All Data / MAF.

(5) Blow air into the mass air flow meter and check that the mass air flow value fluctuates.

If the result is not as specified, check the mass air flow meter Inspection or wiring and ECM P0102.
