Absorber Control Switch: Inspection: Inspection

  1. INSPECT ABSORBER CONTROL SWITCH 
    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      9 (E) - 11 (ECU2) COMF position Below 1 Ω
      Normal position 10 kΩ or higher
      9 (E) - 1 (ECU1) SPORT position Below 1 Ω
      Normal position 10 kΩ or higher
      TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

      *a Component without harness connected
      (Absorber Control Switch)

      If the result is not as specified, replace the absorber control switch.
