STARTER (For AWD): Installation: Installation

INSTALL STARTER ASSEMBLY
1. Install the flywheel housing side cover.

2. Connect the starter connector.

3. Connect the starter wire with the 2 nuts.
  for nut A
  
  Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)
  
  for nut B
  
  Torque: 9.8 N*m (100 kgf*cm, 88 in.*lbf)
4. Close the terminal cap.
5. Install the starter with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: 37 N*m (377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf)

  NOTE: Make sure the flywheel housing cover is as shown.

INSTALL NO. 3 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR
1. Install the heat insulator with the 3 bolts.
  Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)

INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET RH . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 52
INSTALL EXHAUST MANIFOLD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
1. Install the exhaust manifold RH. Refer to INSTALLATION .
