Front Seat Inner Belt Assembly: Installation: Installation

HINT: 

• Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
• The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

   1. Install the front seat inner belt assembly with the nut.

      Torque: 42 N*m (428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf) 

      NOTE: Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the front seat adjuster.
   2. for Driver Seat:

      Connect the 3 connectors and attach the 5 clamps.

   3. for Passenger Seat:

      Connect the 2 connectors and attach the clamp.

2. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
   NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected. Refer to INITIALIZATION .
3. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY 
   1. Install the front seat assembly. Refer to INSTALLATION .
4. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH  . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 11
5. CONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY  . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 8
6. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT 
   1. Check the SRS warning light. Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM .
