Installation

L110F HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL: HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ECU BRACKET

(a) Install the 2 ECU brackets with the 4 screws.





Torque : 3.0 Nm (31 kgf-cm, 27 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU

(a) Install the hybrid vehicle control ECU with the 2 nuts.





Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the 4 hybrid vehicle control ECU connectors.

3. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM ECU COVER Installation

4. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation

5. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
Some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

7. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Installation

8. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH (w/o Spare Tire) Installation

9. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

10. RESET MEMORY

(a) If the hybrid vehicle control ECU is replaced, initialize the learning value of the automatic transmission Programming and Relearning.
