Installation [08/2014 - ]: Procedure

INSTALL ECM

Connect the 2 ECM connectors.

Connect the 2 ECM connectors and lower the 2 levers.

NOTE:

When connecting the connectors, make sure that dirt, water or other foreign matter does not get caught between the connectors and other parts.
Make sure that the 2 levers are securely locked.

INSTALL INVERTER RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY
1. Install the inverter reserve tank assembly with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)
INSTALL INVERTER WITH CONVERTER ASSEMBLY
(See article. Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2014 - ] )
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (See article. Refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2014 - 08/2015] Refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2015 - ] ).
INSTALL REAR FLOOR BOARD UPPER NO. 3 PLATE

INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX RH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 70
INSTALL REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 71
INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 72
INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 73
PERFORM REGISTRATION
NOTE:
The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) must be input into the replacement ECM (See article. Refer to REGISTRATION [08/2014 - ] ).
PERFORM INITIALIZATION
NOTE:
- Perform Initialization when replacing the ECM (See article See step 11).
- When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (See article. Refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2014 - 08/2015] Refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2015 - ] ).
