Register Transmitter ID
- Set the tire pressure of all wheels to pressure specified on the tire and loading information label.
- Connect the intelligent tester or Techstream to DLC3 (located under the steering column).
- With the vehicle stopped and parking brake applied, turn the engine switch on (IG).
- Read and record the transmitter IDs (ID1 to ID4) by using the DATA LIST. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 .
- Select the "REGIST TIRE" mode.
- If Equipped With A Tire Pressure Warning Selector Switch:
Select the "MAIN" registration mode (or select "2nd" when registering in 2nd). See Figure. Go to next step if not equipped with selector switch.NOTE: The tire pressure warning selector switch is located at the base of the instrument panel on the passenger's side.
- Input the transmitter IDs (ID1 to ID4) using the intelligent tester or Techstream and transmit it to the tire pressure monitor ECU.
- Set the ID transmission condition to "SUCCEEDED".
- Disconnect the intelligent tester or Techstream with the engine switch off.
