  1. FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION 
    1. When a malfunction occurs in the pre-collision system, a message will be displayed on the multi-information display and the pre-collision system will be disabled depending on the malfunction.
      Warning Message Cause DTC/RoB Conditions to Return to Normal
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction C1425-71 The system stops receiving stop light drive relay malfunction signals from the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) after turning the engine switch from off to on (IG)
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction U0100-87 Communication with the ECM is restored to normal
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction U0125-87 Communication with the yaw rate sensor returns to normal.
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction U0126-87 Communication with steering sensor is restored to normal
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction U0129-87 Communication with the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) is restored to normal
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction U0131-87 Communication with the power steering ECU assembly is restored to normal
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction U0235-87 Communication with the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly is restored to normal
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction U023A-87 Communication with the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) returns to normal
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction U0300-51 Approximately 3 seconds or more elapse after the forward recognition camera judges the vehicle information sent from the ECM
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction U0300-57 The vehicle information from the ECM and the information stored by the forward recognition camera match
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction U0328-51 Information sent from the steering sensor indicating whether the vehicle is equipped with the variable gear ratio steering system is confirmed
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction U0328-57 The information value sent from the steering sensor indicating whether the vehicle is equipped with the variable gear ratio steering system matches that stored by the forward recognition camera
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction U0418-81 The system stops receiving brake control system malfunction signals from the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) after turning the engine switch from off to on (IG)
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction X2000 The system stops receiving yaw rate sensor malfunction signals from the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) or yaw rate sensor after turning the engine switch from off to on (IG)
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction X2001 The system stops receiving steering angle sensor malfunction signals from the steering sensor after the engine switch is turned from off to on (IG)
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction X2002 The system stops receiving malfunction of the accelerator pedal position sensor signals from the ECM
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction X2003 The system stops receiving vehicle stability control system malfunction signals from the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly)
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction X2006 The forward recognition camera no longer detects a malfunction in the skid control buzzer.
      HINT: 
      While a buzzer malfunction is detected, if there is a possibility of a collision, the pre-collision brake assist and pre-collision brake functions will operate without sounding the buzzer.

      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction X2012 The system is no longer able to detect forward recognition camera malfunctions after turning the engine switch from off to on (IG)
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction X2013 The forward recognition camera is no longer able to detect camera axis misaligned malfunctions after turning the engine switch from off to on (IG)
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction X2014 The forward recognition camera is no longer able to detect axis not adjusted malfunctions
      "Front Camera Low Visibility Unavailable See Owner's Manual" is displayed
      • Windshield glass is dirty or fogged up
      • Forward recognition camera is dirty or fogged up
      		 X2015 Forward recognition camera or area of windshield glass in front of forward recognition camera is cleaned
      "Front Camera Out of Temperature Range Unavailable Wait until Normal Temperature" is displayed Forward recognition camera temperature outside of operational range X2016 Forward recognition camera temperature returns to normal
      "Front Camera Unavailable See Owner's Manual" is displayed Outside of forward recognition camera guaranteed operating voltage X2017 Forward recognition camera voltage returns to normal
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction X2018 The forward recognition camera is no longer able to detect hot-wire heater malfunctions after turning the engine switch from off to on (IG)
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction X201D The forward recognition camera is no longer able to detect destination malfunction signals
      "Front Camera Unavailable See Owner's Manual" is displayed Forward recognition camera is temporarily unavailable (forward recognition camera recognition stopped) X201F After forward recognition camera returns to normal
      "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" is displayed Pre-collision system malfunction X2020 The system stops receiving destination malfunction signals from the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly
