  2. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS 
    1. Interview the customer and confirm the problem.

      Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2015 - 09/2016] , or refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [09/2016 - 09/2017]

  3. CHECK DTC AND FREEZE FRAME DATA* 
    1. Check and record DTCs and Freeze Frame Data.

      for DTC Check / Clear: Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2015 - 09/2017] 

      for Freeze Frame Data: Refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [10/2015 - 09/2017] 

      Chassis > ABS/VSC/TRAC > Trouble Codes 

    2. Clear the DTCs and Freeze Frame Data.

      for DTC Check / Clear: Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2015 - 09/2017] 

      for Freeze Frame Data: Refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [10/2015 - 09/2017] 

      Chassis > ABS/VSC/TRAC > Clear DTCs 

    3. Reconfirm the DTCs.
      1. Reconfirm the DTCs based on the recorded DTCs and Freeze Frame Data.

        for DTC Check / Clear: Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2015 - 09/2017] 

        for Freeze Frame Data: Refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [10/2015 - 09/2017] 

        Chassis > ABS/VSC/TRAC > Trouble Codes 

        HINT: 

      Result

      DTCs are output. A
      DTCs are not output. (Problem symptom does not occur.) B
