Installation [08/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR 
    1. Install a new gasket to the engine oil level sensor.
    2. Install the engine oil level sensor to the No. 1 oil pan sub-assembly with the 4 bolts.

      Torque: 7.0 N*m (71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf) 

    3. Connect the engine oil level sensor connector.
  2. CONNECT OIL COOLER TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Connect the oil cooler tube sub-assembly to the wire harness bracket and No. 1 oil pan sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque: 14 N*m (143 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf) 

  3. ADD ENGINE OIL 

    See step  6[08/2015 - 08/2021], or see step  6[08/2021 - ]

  4. CHECK ENGINE OIL LEVEL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  5. INSPECT FOR OIL LEAK 

    See step  7[08/2015 - 08/2021], or see step  7[08/2021 - ]

  6. INSTALL REAR ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 86 [08/2015 - 08/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 86 [08/2020 - ]

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 88 [08/2015 - 08/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 88 [08/2020 - ]

  8. INSTALL LOWER FRONT BUMPER COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 89 [08/2015 - 08/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 89 [08/2020 - ]
