How To Proceed With Troubleshooting [09/2015 - ]: Procedure

  2. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS AND SYMPTOM CHECK

  3. INSPECT AUXILIARY BATTERY VOLTAGE 

    Standard Voltage

    11 to 14 V

    If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the auxiliary battery before proceeding.

  4. CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM* 
    1. Using the Techstream, check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally.

    GO TO CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM. Refer to  DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [09/2015 - ]

  5. CHECK FOR DTC* 
    1. Clear the DTCs.

      Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [09/2015 - ] 

    2. Recheck for DTCs.

      Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [09/2015 - ]

    2. Data List / Active Test.

  8. ADJUST, REPAIR OR REPLACE 

    HINT: 

    Perform proper procedures according to corresponding faults listed in the problem symptoms table or the corresponding DTCs listed in the diagnostic trouble code chart.

    NOTE:
    • If the object recognition ECU or object recognition camera is replaced, the camera needs to be adjusted.

      Refer to ADJUSTMENT [09/2015 - ]

    • If the millimeter wave radar sensor is replaced, the beam axis of the sensor needs to be adjusted.

      Refer to ADJUSTMENT [09/2015 - ]

    • If the driving support ECU is replaced, initialization needs to be performed.

      Refer to INITIALIZATION [09/2015 - ]
