Inspection [09/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT PRE-COLLISION BRAKE CANCEL SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      1 (GND) - 2 (ECU) Pre-collision brake cancel switch pushed Below 1 Ω
      1 (GND) - 2 (ECU) Pre-collision brake cancel switch not pushed 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the pre-collision brake cancel switch assembly.
