Installation [09/2014 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL FRONT STEERING CONTROL ECU 
    1. Install the front steering control ECU with the 2 bolts.

      Torque: 8.5 N.m (87 kgf/cm, 75 in.lbf) 

      HINT: 

      Align the positioning boss of the blower assembly with the hole of the front steering control ECU.

    2. Connect the 4 connectors to the front steering control ECU.
  2. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18 [09/2014 - 11/2017] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18 [11/2017 - 10/2018] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18 [10/2018 - 11/2019] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18 [11/2019 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 19 [10/2022 - ]

  3. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX INSERT 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 [09/2014 - 10/2018] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 [10/2018 - ]

  4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10 [09/2014 - 10/2018] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10 [10/2018 - ]

  5. INSTALL LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to INSTALLATION [09/2014 - ]

  6. PERFORM VARIABLE GEAR RATIO STEERING SYSTEM CALIBRATION 

    Refer to CALIBRATION [09/2014 - 09/2020] , or refer to CALIBRATION [09/2020 - ]
