Installation [09/2014 - ]: Procedure
- INSTALL ENGINE ROOM ECU BOX
- INSTALL ENGINE ROOM ECU COVER
- Install the engine room ECU cover and connect the 3 claws.
- INSTALL NO. 2 ECM BRACKET
- Install the No. 2 ECM bracket with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 4.5 N*m (46 kgf*cm, 40 in.*lbf)
- Install the No. 2 ECM bracket with the 2 bolts.
- INSTALL ECM BRACKET
- Install the ECM bracket with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 4.5 N*m (46 kgf*cm, 40 in.*lbf)
- Install the ECM bracket with the 2 bolts.
- INSTALL ECM
- Install the ECM with the 2 nuts.
Torque: 12 N*m (122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf)
NOTE:Any parts that have scratches, dents, etc., or that are dropped or subjected to a strong impact during servicing need to be replaced with new one.
Connect the 2 ECM connectors and wire clamp.
NOTE:- When connecting the connectors, make sure that dirt, water or other foreign matter does not become stuck between the connectors and other parts.
- Make sure that the 2 levers are securely locked.
- Connect the clamp.
- Install the ECM with the 2 nuts.
- INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

- INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER

- CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (See article. Refer to INITIALIZATION [09/2014 - 10/2015] Refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2015 - ] ).
