Installation [10/2015 - ]: Procedure

Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

HINT: 

Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing an ignition coil assembly.

Refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2015 - ]

1. Install the 8 ignition coil assemblies to the cylinder head cover sub-assembly and cylinder head cover sub-assembly LH with the 8 bolts.

   Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf) 

   NOTE:

   If an ignition coil assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.

   HINT: 

   Install the same parts to their original positions.

2. Connect the 8 ignition coil assembly connectors.

1. Install the suction pipe sub-assembly to the suction tube bracket with the bolt.

   Torque: 9.8 N*m (100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf) 

1. Install the wire harness clamp bracket with the bolt.

   HINT: 

   The tightening torque differs depending on the type of bolt.

   *A	Bolt Type A
   *B	Bolt Type B
   *C	Bolt Type C
   *D	Bolt Type D

   Bolt Type A 

   Torque: 10.5 N*m (107 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf) 

   Bolt Type B 

   Torque: 8.5 N*m (87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf) 

   Bolt Type C 

   Torque: 9.5 N*m (97 kgf*cm, 84 in.*lbf) 

   Bolt Type D 

   Torque: 9.5 N*m (97 kgf*cm, 84 in.*lbf) 

2. Install the No. 3 engine room relay block with the bolt and nut.

   Torque: 8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf) 

1. Install the wire harness clamp bracket with the bolt.

   Torque: 8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf) 

2. Engage the wire harness clamp.
3. Install the No. 1 engine room relay block with the 2 bolts and nut.

   Torque: 8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf) 

1. Install the battery tray with the 2 bolts.

   Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
