Installation [04/2013 - ]: Procedure

INSTALL YAW RATE SENSOR BRACKET

Engage the 2 claws and install the yaw rate sensor bracket.

HINT:

Install the yaw rate sensor bracket while avoiding the wire harness.

Install the 3 bolts.
Torque: 8.5 N.m (87 kgf/cm, 75 in.lbf)
Engage the wire harness clamp (A) to the yaw rate sensor bracket.
w/ Navigation System:
1. Engage the wire harness clamp (B) to the yaw rate sensor bracket.

INSTALL YAW RATE SENSOR
1. Install the yaw rate sensor with the 2 nuts.
  Torque: 9.0 N.m (92 kgf/cm, 80 in.lbf)
  NOTE:
  - Do not drop the yaw rate sensor.
  - If the yaw rate sensor is dropped, replace it with a new one.
2. Connect the connector to the yaw rate sensor.
  NOTE:
  Make sure that the yaw rate sensor connector is connected securely.
3. Engage the wire harness clamp to the yaw rate sensor bracket.

INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
