Installation [04/2013 - 10/2017]: Procedure

HINT: 

Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing a spark plug.

Refer to INITIALIZATION [04/2013 - 10/2017]

1. Install the 6 spark plugs to the cylinder head sub-assembly.

   Torque: 18 N*m (184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf) 

   NOTE:

   If a spark plug has been struck or dropped, replace it.

   HINT: 

   Install the same parts to their original positions.

HINT: 

Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing an ignition coil assembly.

Refer to INITIALIZATION [04/2013 - 10/2017]

1. Install the 6 ignition coil assemblies to the cylinder head cover sub-assembly with the 6 bolts.

   Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf) 

   NOTE:

   If an ignition coil assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.

   HINT: 

   Install the same parts to their original positions.

2. Connect the 6 ignition coil assembly connectors.
3. Connect the 2 brackets to the cylinder head cover sub-assembly LH with the 2 bolts.

   Bolt A 

   Torque: 21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf) 

   Bolt B 

   Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf) 

4. Connect the wire harness clamp to the intake air surge tank assembly.
5. Connect the wire harness to the cylinder head cover sub-assembly with the 2 nuts.

   Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)
