Removal [09/2015 - ]: Procedure

1. Disable the Autoaway/Return function by changing the customize parameter (Refer to CUSTOMIZE PARAMETERS [09/2015 - ] ).
   NOTE:

   Record the current customize parameter setting (whether the Autoaway/Return function is enabled or disabled) in order to restore the current setting after finishing the operation.

   HINT: 

   Performing the above operation causes the Autoaway/Return function to be disabled when the engine switch is turned off.

2. Turn the engine switch on (IG). Operate the tilt and telescopic switch to fully extend and lower the steering column.
3. Turn the engine switch off.

1. for Lower Side:
   1. Remove the 3 screws.

      Detach the 2 claws to remove the steering column cover.

2. for Upper Side:

      Detach the 4 clips to remove the instrument cluster finish panel subassembly.

      Disconnect the driver monitor camera connector.

      Detach the claw to remove the steering column cover.

   Detach the claw and disconnect the driver monitor camera connector.

2. Remove the screw.
3. Detach the guide to remove the driver monitor bracket.

   Remove the 2 screws.

2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the driver monitor camera.
