Installation [10/2015 - ]: Procedure

INSTALL INTAKE MASS AIR FLOW METER SUB-ASSEMBLY
HINT:

Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the intake mass air flow meter sub-assembly.

Refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2015 - 10/2018] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2018 - 11/2019] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [11/2019 - ]
1. Install the intake mass air flow meter sub-assembly to the air cleaner cap sub-assembly with the 2 screws.
  NOTE:
  - If the intake mass air flow meter sub-assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.
  - If reusing the intake mass air flow meter sub-assembly, be sure to inspect the O-ring.
  - Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or moved out of place when installing the intake mass air flow meter sub-assembly.
2. Connect the intake mass air flow meter sub-assembly connector.
PERFORM INITIALIZATION
1. Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the intake mass air flow meter sub-assembly.
