  2. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS 
    1. Interview the customer and confirm the problem. Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [07/2015 - ]

      HINT: 

      Interview the customer to confirm the following:

      • History of brake fluid replacement.
      • Whether the engine was stopped intentionally when driving.
      • Whether the brake and accelerator pedals were depressed simultaneously.

  3. CHECK DTC AND FREEZE FRAME DATA* 
    1. Check and record DTCs and Freeze Frame Data.

    3. Recheck for DTCs.
