Installation [03/2017 - ]: Procedure

1. Connect the No. 4 water by-pass hose and No. 5 water by-pass hose to the throttle body with motor assembly and slide the 2 clips to secure the hoses.

   *2	No. 5 Water By-pass Hose

   HINT: 

   Make sure the direction of the clip is as shown in the illustration.

2. Temporarily install a new gasket and the throttle body with motor assembly to the intake air surge tank assembly with the 2 stud bolts.

   NOTE:

   If the throttle body with motor assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.

3. Using an E6 "TORX" socket wrench, tighten the 2 stud bolts.

   Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf) 

4. Install the gasket and throttle body with motor assembly with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.

   Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf) 

5. Connect the No. 5 water by-pass hose to the water inlet housing and slide the clip to secure the hose.
6. Connect the No. 4 water by-pass hose to the front water by-pass joint and slide the clip to secure the hose.
7. Connect the throttle body with motor assembly connector.

1. Connect the air cleaner hose assembly to the throttle body with motor assembly.
2. Tighten the 4 hose clamps.

   Torque: 4.0 N*m (41 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf) 

1. Connect the No. 2 PCV hose the air cleaner hose assembly and slide the clip to secure the hose.

1. Connect the No. 3 PCV hose to the air cleaner hose assembly and slide the clip to secure the hose.
