Installation [12/2017 - ]: Procedure

INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL PRESSURE SENSOR

Apply a light coat of lithium soap base glycol grease to a new O-ring.

Install the O-ring to the height control pressure sensor.
Install the height control pressure sensor to the pneumatic tank with tube assembly.
Torque: 10.8 N.m (110 kgf/cm, 8 ft.lbf)

Connect the connector.

AIR CHARGING
Refer to PRECAUTION [12/2017 - ]

HINT:
- Make sure to use the nitrogen gas injector (SST) and adapter (SST).
- Select an adapter (SST) that matches the standard of the nitrogen cylinder and install it.
- The adapter (SST) is not required for JIS standard.

CHECK CONNECTIONS OF TUBES FOR AIR LEAKAGE

INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12 [12/2017 - 10/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12 [10/2020 - ]
CHECK VEHICLE HEIGHT
NOTE:
If the height control sensor link is removed, check the vehicle height.
1. Change the height control switch from the "NORM" position to the "HIGH" position and back to the "NORM" position again.
2. Measure the vehicle height.

ADJUST VEHICLE HEIGHT
Refer to ADJUSTMENT [12/2017 - 10/2020] , or refer to ADJUSTMENT [10/2020 - 10/2023] , or refer to ADJUSTMENT [10/2023 - ]

NOTE:
If the height control sensor has been replaced, be sure to adjust the vehicle height.
