- An accessory, such as bull bars, a grille guard, etc., which interferes with millimeter radio waves is installed
- The radar sensor cover or its surrounding area has been painted or has a sticker attached
- There is foreign matter attached to or between the radar sensor cover or millimeter wave radar sensor assembly
- Clean away any dirt or foreign matter that is adhering to the area around the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly.
