Installation [06/2018 - ]: Procedure

Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

HINT: 

Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing an ignition coil assembly.

Refer to INITIALIZATION [06/2018 - 07/2019] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [07/2019 - ]

1. Install the 3 ignition coil assemblies to the cylinder head cover sub-assembly with the 3 bolts.

   Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf) 

   NOTE:

   If an ignition coil assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.

   HINT: 

   Install the same parts to their original positions.

2. Connect the 3 ignition coil assembly connectors.
3. Engage the 2 wire harness clamps.
4. Engage the 4 clamps to install the vacuum hose to the intake air surge tank assembly.
5. Install the 3 ignition coil assemblies to the cylinder head cover sub-assembly LH with the 3 bolts.

   Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf) 

   NOTE:

   If an ignition coil assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.

   HINT: 

   Install the same parts to their original positions.

6. Connect the 3 ignition coil assembly connectors.

Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 47

1. Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing an ignition coil assembly or spark plug.

   Refer to INITIALIZATION [06/2018 - 07/2019] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [07/2019 - ]
