Removal [06/2018 - ]: Procedure

Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

1. Disconnect the mass air flow meter sub-assembly connector.

2. Disengage the 2 wire harness clamps.
3. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the air cleaner hose.
4. Disengage the 2 clamps to disconnect the No. 1 fuel vapor feed hose from the air cleaner hose.

   *1	No. 1 Fuel Vapor Feed Hose
   *2	No. 2 Ventilation Hose

5. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 ventilation hose from the air cleaner hose.
6. Disengage the 2 air cleaner cap clamps.

7. Disengage the 2 guides to separate the air cleaner cap sub-assembly from the air cleaner case sub-assembly.
8. Loosen the hose clamp and remove the air cleaner cap with air cleaner hose from the throttle body with motor assembly.

1. Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the No. 2 water by-pass hose and No. 3 water by-pass hose from the throttle body with motor assembly.

   *2	No. 3 Water By-pass Hose

2. Disconnect the throttle body with motor assembly connector.

3. Remove the 4 bolts and throttle body with motor assembly from the intake air surge tank assembly.
   NOTE:

   If the throttle body with motor assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.

1. Remove the throttle body gasket from the intake air surge tank assembly.
