- INSPECT AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for Bank 1)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
*A for Bank 1 Sensor 1 *B for Bank 1 Sensor 2 *a Component without harness connected
(Air Fuel Ratio Sensor)Standard Resistance (for Bank 1 Sensor 1)
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition D18-1 (HA1A) - D18-2 (+B) 20°C (68°F) 1.6 to 3.2 Ω D18-3 (A1A+) - D18-4 (A1A-) Always 10 kΩ or higher Standard Resistance (for Bank 1 Sensor 2)
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition D48-1 (HA1B) - D48-2 (+B) 20°C (68°F) 2 to 6 Ω D48-3 (A1B+) - D48-4 (A1B-) Always 10 kΩ or higher If the result is not as specified, replace the air fuel ratio sensor.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- INSPECT AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for Bank 2)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition D19-1 (HA2A) - D19-2 (+B) 20°C (68°F) 1.6 to 3.2 Ω D19-3 (A2A+) - D19-4 (A2A-) Always 10 kΩ or higher Standard Resistance (for Bank 2 Sensor 2)
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition D50-1 (HA2B) - D50-2 (+B) 20°C (68°F) 2 to 6 Ω D50-3 (A2B+) - D50-4 (A2B-) Always 10 kΩ or higher If the result is not as specified, replace the air fuel ratio sensor.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
