Removal [12/2017 - 10/2020]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK ASSEMBLY WITH INTERCOOLER 

    Refer to REMOVAL [12/2017 - 10/2020]

  2. REMOVE CAM TIMING CONTROL MOTOR WITH EDU ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Disconnect the cam timing control motor with EDU assembly LH connector.

    2. Remove the 3 bolts and cam timing control motor with EDU assembly LH from the No. 2 timing gear cover assembly.
      NOTE:

      If the cam timing control motor with EDU assembly LH has been struck or dropped, replace it.

    3. Remove the cam timing control motor O-ring LH from the No. 2 timing gear cover assembly.
