Removal [09/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18

  2. REMOVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL ASSEMBLY 
    NOTE:

    This accelerator pedal assembly does not require lubrication.

    Do not apply oil or other lubrication to the accelerator pedal assembly.

    If applied, the accelerator pedal assembly must be replaced.

    1. Disconnect the accelerator pedal position sensor connector.

    2. Remove the 2 nuts and accelerator pedal.
