Removal [09/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD 
    1. Remove the intake manifold (Refer to REMOVAL [09/2015 - ] ).
  2. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  4. REMOVE KNOCK SENSOR

    1. Disconnect the 4 knock sensor connectors.
    2. Remove the 4 bolts and 4 knock sensors.
