Installation [10/2014 - ]: Procedure

INSTALL THROTTLE BODY WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY
HINT:

Perform "Inspection After Repairs" after replacing the throttle body with motor assembly.

Refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2014 - 05/2019] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [05/2019 - ]
1. Install 3 new gaskets to the intake manifold, intercooler assembly and No. 2 air tube.
  HINT:
  
  Check that the gasket is securely fitted into the installation groove.
2. Install the throttle body with motor assembly and No. 2 air tube to the intake manifold with the 4 bolts.
  Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf)
3. Temporarily connect the No. 2 air tube to the intercooler assembly with the 4 bolts in the sequence shown in the illustration, and then tighten the bolts at the specified torque.
  Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf)

4. Connect the No. 2 water by-pass hose and No. 11 water by-pass hose to the throttle body with motor assembly, and then slide the 2 hose clamps to secure the hoses.
5. Connect the throttle body with motor assembly connector.
6. Install the wire harness bracket with the bolt.
  Torque: 12.5 N.m (127 kgf/cm, 9 ft.lbf)
7. Attach the 2 wire harness clamps to the wire harness bracket to connect the wire harness.
INSTALL PROPELLER SHAFT WITH CENTER BEARING ASSEMBLY (for AWD)

ADD ENGINE COOLANT
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2
INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY (for Sport Package)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 99 [10/2014 - 05/2019] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 100 [05/2019 - ]
PERFORM INITIALIZATION
Refer to ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION [10/2014 - ]
