  2. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS 
    1. Interview the customer and confirm the trouble.

      Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2014 - 09/2017] , or refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [09/2017 - 05/2019]

  3. CHECK DTC AND FREEZE FRAME DATA* 
    1. Check and record DTC and Freeze Frame Data.

      Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2014 - 05/2019]  for DTC Check/Clear

      Refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [10/2014 - 09/2017] , or refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [09/2017 - 05/2019]  for Freeze Frame Data

    2. Clear the DTC and Freeze Frame Data.

      Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2014 - 05/2019]  for DTC Check/Clear

      Refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [10/2014 - 09/2017] , or refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [09/2017 - 05/2019]  for Freeze Frame Data

      Chassis > ABS/VSC/TRAC > Clear DTCs 

    3. Reconfirm the DTC.
      1. Reconfirm the DTC based on the recorded DTC and Freeze Frame Data.

        Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2014 - 05/2019]  for DTC Check/Clear

        Refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [10/2014 - 09/2017] , or refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [09/2017 - 05/2019]  for Freeze Frame Data

        Chassis > ABS/VSC/TRAC > Trouble Codes 

        HINT:

        DTC is output
        DTC is not output (Problem symptom does not occur)
        DTC is not output (Problem symptom occurs)
