  2. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS 
    1. Interview the customer to confirm the trouble.

      Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [09/2014 - 08/2016] , or refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [08/2016 - 11/2017] , or refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [11/2017 - 03/2019] , or refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [03/2019 - 09/2020] , or refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [09/2020 - 01/2023] , or refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [01/2023 - ]

  3. PRE-CHECK 
    1. Measure the battery voltage.

      Standard Voltage

      11 to 14 V

      If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding to the next step.

    2. Check the fuses and relays.
    3. Check the connector connections and terminals to make sure that there are no abnormalities such as loose connections, deformation, etc.

  4. CHECK COMMUNICATION FUNCTION OF CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM* 
    1. Using the Techstream, check for CAN communication system DTCs.

      Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [09/2014 - 08/2016] , or refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [08/2016 - 11/2017] , or refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [11/2017 - 03/2019] , or refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [03/2019 - 09/2020] , or refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [09/2020 - 01/2023] , or refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [01/2023 - 10/2023] , or refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [10/2023 - ]

      CAN DTCs are not output (w/ Memory) A

    1. Clear the DTCs.

      Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [09/2014 - ] 

      Body Electrical > Driver Seat > Clear DTCs 

      Body Electrical > Passenger Seat > Clear DTCs 

    2. Recheck for DTCs.

      Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [09/2014 - ] 

      Body Electrical > Driver Seat > Trouble Codes 

      Body Electrical > Passenger Seat > Trouble Codes
