Engine Oil Replacement Reminder Reset - Procedure 03

To reset OIL MAINT REQD reminder light after engine oil change:

1. Turn ignition ON, with engine OFF.
2. Push the ODO TRIP switch in the switch box (box flips out on left side of instrument panel) to change the display to blank.
3. Turn ignition switch OFF.
4. Hold down trip meter RESET switch and then turn ignition switch ON.
5. Hold down the RESET switch for more than 7 seconds after ignition switch has been turned ON.
6. The master warning light should come ON, a warning tone should sound, and the multi-information display will show a message informing that engine oil maintenance data has been reset.
