Engine Oil Replacement Reminder Reset - Procedure 13

To reset MAINT reminder light after engine oil change:

  1. Turn the engine switch on (IG) and use the ODO/TRIP button to change the screen display to TRIP A.
    NOTE: The ODO/TRIP switch is in the light control rheostat.
  2. Turn the engine switch OFF.
  3. While holding in the ODO/TRIP button, turn the engine switch ON (IG).
  4. After 5 seconds, reminder system is reset.
NOTE: If the engine switch is turned OFF during the reset operation, reset mode will be canceled. If the ODO/TRIP button is released during the reset operation, reset mode will be canceled.
