Installation [11/2017 - ]: Procedure

HINT: 

Perform this procedure only when replacement of the No. 1 switch wire is necessary.

1. Engage the 4 guides to install the No. 1 switch wire to the lower steering wheel boss cover.
   NOTE:

   If the heater thermistor comes off the lower steering wheel cover, replace the steering wheel assembly.

2. Install steering vibration and heater ECU.

   Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

3. Install steering pad switch assembly.

   Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

4. Install cruise control main switch.

   Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

1. Connect the 2 shift paddle switch (transmission shift switch assembly) connectors to install the 2 shift paddle switches (transmission shift switch assemblies) to the No. 1 switch wire.
2. Engage the 4 claws and 2 guides to connect the 2 shift paddle switches (transmission shift switch assemblies) to the steering wheel assembly.
3. Install 4 new screws.

   Torque: 1.7 N.m (17 kgf/cm, 15 in.lbf)
