Disassembly [09/2014 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL2

    1. Remove the bolt, solenoid lock plate and straight pin from the transmission valve body assembly.
    2. Remove the shift solenoid valve SL2 from the transmission valve body assembly.
  2. REMOVE SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL 
    1. Remove the bolt and shift solenoid valve SL from the transmission valve body assembly.

  3. REMOVE SOLENOID LOCK PLATE 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and solenoid lock plate from the transmission valve body assembly.

  4. REMOVE SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL3 
    1. Remove the straight pin and shift solenoid valve SL3 from the transmission valve body assembly.

  5. REMOVE SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL4 
    1. Remove the straight pin and shift solenoid valve SL4 from the transmission valve body assembly.

  6. REMOVE SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL5 
    1. Remove the straight pin and shift solenoid valve SL5 from the transmission valve body assembly.

  7. REMOVE SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL1 
    1. Remove the straight pin and shift solenoid valve SL1 from the transmission valve body assembly.

  8. REMOVE SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLU 
    1. Remove the straight pin and shift solenoid valve SLU from the transmission valve body assembly.

  9. REMOVE SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLT 
    1. Remove the straight pin and shift solenoid valve SLT from the transmission valve body assembly.

  10. REMOVE SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SR

    1. Remove the bolt and shift solenoid valve SR from the transmission valve body assembly.
  11. REMOVE OIL PRESSURE SWITCH 
    1. Remove the oil pressure switch from the transmission valve body assembly.
