Reassembly [09/2014 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL OIL PRESSURE SWITCH 
    1. Install the oil pressure switch to the transmission valve body assembly.

      Torque: 4.5 N.m (46 kgf/cm, 40 in.lbf) 

  2. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SR 
    1. Install the shift solenoid valve SR to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf) 

  3. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLT

    1. Install the shift solenoid valve SLT to the transmission valve body assembly.
    2. Install the straight pin to the transmission valve body assembly.
  4. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLU

    1. Install the shift solenoid valve SLU to the transmission valve body assembly.
    2. Install the straight pin to the transmission valve body assembly.
  5. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL1

    1. Install the shift solenoid valve SL1 to the transmission valve body assembly.
    2. Install the straight pin to the transmission valve body assembly.
  6. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL5

    1. Install the shift solenoid valve SL5 to the transmission valve body assembly.
    2. Install the straight pin to the transmission valve body assembly.
  7. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL4

    1. Install the shift solenoid valve SL4 to the transmission valve body assembly.
    2. Install the straight pin to the transmission valve body assembly.
  8. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL3

    1. Install the shift solenoid valve SL3 to the transmission valve body assembly.
    2. Install the straight pin to the transmission valve body assembly.
  9. INSTALL SOLENOID LOCK PLATE 
    1. Install the solenoid lock plate to the transmission valve body assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque: 6.4 N.m (65 kgf/cm, 57 in.lbf) 

  10. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL

    1. Install the shift solenoid valve SL to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf) 

  11. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL2

    1. Install the shift solenoid valve SL2 to the transmission valve body assembly.
    2. Install the straight pin and solenoid lock plate to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque: 6.4 N.m (65 kgf/cm, 57 in.lbf)
