Front Passenger Side Door-linked Window Control does not Operate [09/2014 - ]: Description

The main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) detects signals from the front door courtesy light switch assembly. When the ON signal from the front door courtesy light switch assembly is sent to the power window regulator switch assembly via the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) using LIN communication system, the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) will lower the front passenger side door window about 12 mm (0.472 in.) automatically. When the OFF signal from the front door courtesy light switch assembly is detected, the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) will raise the front passenger side door window to the fully-closed position automatically.
