Installation [09/2014 - ]: Procedure

1. for Brush Type Motor:

   HINT: 

   Type A, B, C or D can be distinguished by confirming the mark on the bolt.

   *A	Type A
   *B	Type B
   *C	Type C
   *D	Type D

   1. Install the fuel pump control ECU assembly to the vehicle body with the 2 bolts.

      Type A and Type B 

      Torque: 8.4 N.m (86 kgf/cm, 74 in.lbf) 

      Type C and Type D 

      Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf) 

      NOTE:

      Do not reuse the fuel pump control ECU assembly if it has been dropped or subjected to a severe impact.

   2. Connect the 2 fuel pump control ECU assembly connectors.
2. for Brushless Type Motor:
   1. Install the fuel pump control ECU bracket with the 2 screws.

      Torque: 3.0 N.m (31 kgf/cm, 27 in.lbf) 

   2. Install the fuel pump control ECU assembly to the vehicle body with the 2 bolts.

      Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf/cm, 71 in.lbf) 

      NOTE:

      Do not reuse the fuel pump control ECU assembly if it has been dropped or subjected to a severe impact.

   3. Connect the 2 fuel pump control ECU assembly connectors.
3. Engage the clamp to install the luggage compartment trim side cover LH.

4. Install the 3 clips (A).
5. Install a new clip (B).
6. Install the 2 rope hook assemblies with the 2 bolts.
7. Engage the 4 claws to close the 2 covers.
