Installation [07/2020 - ]: Procedure

1. for Bank 2:
   1. Install the mass air flow meter sub-assembly with the 2 screws.
      NOTE:

      • Insert the mass air flow meter sub-assembly until securely contact the air cleaner with element assembly RH.
      • If the mass air flow meter sub-assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.
      • If reusing the mass air flow meter sub-assembly, be sure to inspect the O-ring.
      • Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or does not move out of place during installation.
2. for Bank 1:
   1. Install the mass air flow meter sub-assembly with the 2 screws.
   2. Connect the mass air flow meter sub-assembly connector.
      NOTE:

      • Insert the mass air flow meter sub-assembly until securely contact the air cleaner with element assembly LH.
      • If the mass air flow meter sub-assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.
      • If reusing the mass air flow meter sub-assembly, be sure to inspect the O-ring.
      • Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or does not move out of place during installation.
